Excellent Spiral Mixers


Design Features

Two switches for forward and reversal of bowl rotation allows for faster premixing.

Easy dough discharge. By pressing the reverse button, the bowl can be reversed at the end of the cycle so that the dough is released from the spiral and comes forward to a convenient unloading position.

It is possible to manually control all the functions at any time. Particularly, the transition to the second speed can be made by pressing the special button without having to wait for the first speed cycle to end.

The two-speed mixer features an easily accessible control panel with two automatic timers and an emergency stop switch.

The two-speed mixer also has a programmable work cycle: after start-up, two timers automatically control transition from the first to the second speed.


The special design of the spiral and its speed ratio which is coordinated with the bowl, ensure the following:

  • Quick mixing times.

  • Maximum oxygenation of flour, consequently maximum absorption of water.

  • Addition of gluten so as to obtain a three-dimensional structure with great properties of gas retention.

  • Developing dough during kneading, thereby reducing the rest time needed.
