This unique pressure less dividing system does not compress the dough and equals the quality of hand-scaling. The production capacity is up to 1100 pieces per hour and the stainless steel/teflonized hopper holds 150 lbs. of dough.
No oil lubrication is required for sliding parts. Wear is reduced to an absolute minimum. This compact and mobile machine with low feeder hopper is simple to use. Cleaning and maintenance requirements are minimal and save you time every day.
NOTE: Weight range is dependant upon dough consistency.
